By making a reservation at Hotel Petra Santa Boutique, the guest accepts the following terms and conditions:
The cost per additional guest is COP $200,000 per night, subject to the maximum room capacity and the availability of additional accommodation.
Colombians and foreigners staying more than 90 continuous days in Colombia must pay a 19% VAT on accommodation.
Foreign guests requesting VAT exemption must present their valid passport with the corresponding immigration stamp or a document proving their immigration status at check-in.
To register, you must present an original and valid form of identification: national identity card, foreign resident card, or passport. Registration and accommodation will not be possible without this document.
Check-in: 3:00 p. m.
Check-out: 12:00 m.
Check-outs between 12:01 pm and 6:00 pm incur a charge equivalent to 50% of one night's stay. Check-outs after 6:00 pm incur a charge equivalent to 100% of one night's stay, subject to availability.
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur charges.
Pets are not allowed.
Breakfast is included only in rates that specify it. À la carte service is offered daily from 7:00 am to 9:00 am. Services requested outside of these hours may incur additional charges.
Non-refundable rates must be paid in full upon booking confirmation. They are non-modifiable, non-cancellable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable under any circumstances.
Advances, reservation values, promotions, packages and prepaid services constitute a non-refundable guarantee.
Promotions, discounts, romantic packages, gift vouchers, spa services, preferential rates and other offers are subject to availability and are non-refundable, except as expressly provided in writing by the hotel.
Cancellation without penalty is only possible by written request sent to reservas@hotelpetrasanta.com, with a minimum advance notice of eight (8) calendar days prior to the arrival date.
Cancellations made outside of this period will incur a charge equivalent to the advance received or the applicable percentage according to the reserved rate.
The hotel may verify, pre-authorize or charge advances to the card registered as a guarantee seven (7) days before arrival or according to the conditions of the rate purchased.
The hotel reserves the right of admission and stay in accordance with the law, in order to preserve the safety, tranquility and well-being of its guests, collaborators and visitors.
Hotel Petra Santa Boutique rejects and denounces all forms of exploitation, pornography, sex tourism and any conduct that affects children and adolescents, in accordance with Law 679 of 2001 and Law 1336 of 2009.
The hotel is not responsible for money, jewelry, documents, electronic equipment or other valuables that have not been formally deposited.
Confirmation of a reservation, payment of an advance, or entry to the hotel facilities constitutes express acceptance of these terms and conditions.
