Cancellations or modifications of reservations are allowed up to 7 days before the date of arrival.
If the cancellation is made outside of this time period or if the guest does not show up, it will apply a penalty of 100% of the total value of the booking.
To make a cancellation, the host must call the number +57 314 218 8618, provide the ID of the reservation (included in the first confirmation email) and request the cancellation.
Once approved the cancellation, the refund will be processed within up to 3 business days the same means of payment used in the purchase. The accreditation of the money will be subject to the times and standards of the bank card issuer.
