Registration and accommodation will not be possible without this document.<\/p><h2>Entry and exit times<\/h2><ul data-spread=\"false\"><li><p><strong>Check-in:<\/strong> 3:00 p. m.<\/p><\/li><li><p><strong>Check-out:<\/strong> 12:00 m.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p>Check-outs between 12:01 pm and 6:00 pm incur a charge equivalent to 50% of one night's stay. Check-outs after 6:00 pm incur a charge equivalent to 100% of one night's stay, subject to availability.<\/p><p>Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur charges.<\/p><h2>Pets<\/h2><p>Pets are not allowed.<\/p><h2>Breakfast<\/h2><p>Breakfast is included only in rates that specify it. \u00c0 la carte service is offered daily from 7:00 am to 9:00 am. Services requested outside of these hours may incur additional charges.<\/p><h2>Non-refundable rates<\/h2><p>Non-refundable rates must be paid in full upon booking confirmation. They are non-modifiable, non-cancellable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable under any circumstances.<\/p><h2>Advances, promotions and prepaid services<\/h2><p>Advances, reservation values, promotions, packages and prepaid services constitute a non-refundable guarantee.<\/p><p>Promotions, discounts, romantic packages, gift vouchers, spa services, preferential rates and other offers are subject to availability and are non-refundable, except as expressly provided in writing by the hotel.<\/p><h2>Cancellations and modifications<\/h2><p>Cancellation without penalty is only possible by written request sent to <a href=\"mailto:reservas@hotelpetrasanta.com\">reservas@hotelpetrasanta.com<\/a>, with a minimum advance notice of eight (8) calendar days prior to the arrival date.<\/p><p>Cancellations made outside of this period will incur a charge equivalent to the advance received or the applicable percentage according to the reserved rate.<\/p><h2>Credit card as collateral<\/h2><p>The hotel may verify, pre-authorize or charge advances to the card registered as a guarantee seven (7) days before arrival or according to the conditions of the rate purchased.<\/p><h2>Right of admission and stay<\/h2><p>The hotel reserves the right of admission and stay in accordance with the law, in order to preserve the safety, tranquility and well-being of its guests, collaborators and visitors.<\/p><h2>Prevention of the commercial sexual exploitation of children and adolescents<\/h2><p>Hotel Petra Santa Boutique rejects and denounces all forms of exploitation, pornography, sex tourism and any conduct that affects children and adolescents, in accordance with Law 679 of 2001 and Law 1336 of 2009.<\/p><h2>Valuable assets<\/h2><p>The hotel is not responsible for money, jewelry, documents, electronic equipment or other valuables that have not been formally deposited.<\/p><h2>Acceptance<\/h2><p>Confirmation of a reservation, payment of an advance, or entry to the hotel facilities constitutes express acceptance of these terms and conditions.<\/p><p><strong>Hotel Petra Santa Boutique<\/strong><br \/>Pereira, Risaralda \u2013 Colombia<br \/>RNA 126622<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>T\u00e9rminos de reserva, cancelaciones y reembolsos Al realizar una reserva en Hotel Petra Santa Boutique, el hu\u00e9sped acepta los siguientes t\u00e9rminos y condiciones: Hu\u00e9sped adicional El valor por hu\u00e9sped adicional es de COP $200.000 por noche, sujeto a la capacidad m\u00e1xima de la habitaci\u00f3n y a la disponibilidad de acomodaci\u00f3n adicional.
